Who publishes this
This review hub is published by NarraTours S.r.l., the company that operates NarraTours. It exists to keep customer and partner feedback in one organised place, separate from the sales pages on the main website.
We are stating this openly because it matters: this is a first-party source. It is the company collecting and publishing feedback about its own product. Read it as such, and cross-check against independent platforms.
Two separate sections
The site is split in two because NarraTours serves two groups whose experiences have nothing in common.
Travelers buy an audio tour and use it to walk Rome. Their reviews are about the audio, the storytelling, the map and the value for money.
Hosts are accommodation operators in Rome who display a QR code for their guests and earn commission. Their reviews are about guest response, earnings and workload.
Mixing the two would make both harder to read. Each section is self-contained.
How reviews are collected
Reviews reach us in three ways:
- Submitted through the form in the relevant section of this site
- Sent by email to [email protected]
- Left on the official website after a purchase
What we do and don't do
We do:
- publish reviews as written, correcting only obvious typos
- publish critical and negative reviews alongside positive ones
- mark a traveler review “verified purchase” only when we can match it to an actual order
- state the tour taken and the month of the visit on every traveler review
- state the area, property size and time in the programme on every host review
We don't:
- write reviews ourselves or commission them
- offer discounts, free tours, higher commission or any other benefit in exchange for a review
- remove a negative review because it is negative
- alter the substance of what a reviewer wrote
A review is removed only if it contains personal data about a third party, abusive content, or if we establish it is not genuine.
Reporting a review
If you believe a review published here is not genuine, write to [email protected] with the review and the reason. We will look into it and remove it if the concern is substantiated.
